Patient is a lovely 26 year-old Hispanic female, mother of 3, who complained of her “loose, abdominal skin and many stretch-marks” and desired a flatter tummy. On exam, she had a lot of laxity centrally with many stria, mons ptosis, a stretched-out belly-button and a rather “boxy” body habitus. She desired more of “an hour-glass shape”. She underwent Total Abdominoplasty surgery with Rectus plications, Exparel injections for improved, prolonged postoperative pain-control and shaping lipoplasty of her trunk to give her that shape she truly desired!
