Patient is a lovely 39-year-old Caucasian female, mother of three children- the last 2 were twins- who breastfed and complained of her “sagging breasts with loss of fullness and saggy, stretched-out tummy”. On exam, she had flat breasts with Grade II Breast Ptosis and wide areolas after involutional hypoplasia, as well as wide hips with a small, lower abdominal pannus, lax anterior abdomen and wide hips. She underwent Total Abdominoplasty with Rectus Plications, Repair of Ventral Hernias, Injections of Exparel into her muscle repairs for prolonged, 72-hour pain-control, and Lipoplasty of her Trunk and she is thrilled with her new body!
