Patient is a 31-year-old Caucasian female, mother of two who breastfed. She had breast augmentation performed back in 2009 with McGhan, Style 68 MP, 480 cc saline implants in the submuscular plane. Over time, her native breast tissues have relaxed and drooped or ptosed over her implants causing an odd shape. She also complained of “rippling” of her saline implants and desired an implant with a more natural look and feel. On exam, she also had very wide areolas that she would like made smaller. She underwent Breast Revision with replacements with Natrelle, 605 cc, Style SRF silicone gels with Vertical Mastopexies and she is thrilled with her new perky breasts!
