22 Eyelid Surgery Before and After Photos

Patient is a lovely 74 year-old male who complained of the “bags of his lower lids”. On exam, he had lower fat-pad herniations, but also significant dermatochalasis (excess skin) of his Upper as well as Lower eyelids. He underwent Quad Blepharoplasties- Upper Blepharoplasty and Lower, Transconjunctival Blepharoplasties with lower lid skin-pinch excisions and he is thrilled with his fresh yet natural new look!
