Patient is a lovely 48 yo RN, mother of 2 who presented complaining of her “saggy, uneven breasts and upper abdominal rolls with a pooching lower abdomen with laxity”. She desired Mommy Makeover surgery. She underwent a Right Mastopexy with Left Breast Reduction with Lipoplasty of her Pre-Axillary Fat; a Reverse Abdominoplasty (with Inframammary Scars only to address her Upper Abdomen); a Lower Mini-Abdominoplasty with lower Rectus Muscle Plications (to address the pooching lower abdomen) and Lipoplasty of the Trunk to help correct all of her concerns and give her a symmetric and slimmer body!
