28 Breast Revision Before and After Photos

Patient is a lovely 42 year-old Hispanic lady who presented complaining of a spontaneous deflation of her right-sided Saline Implant. She had Natrelle, Moderate-Profile Saline implants placed by another surgeon in 2015, and the right was filled to 330 cc and her left filled to 360 cc. She wore about a C-cup bra and desired a fuller D-cup if possible. She underwent Breast Revision with Removal of Old Saline Implants; Capsulectomies and Replacements with larger, Natrelle, High-Profile Saline Implant- each filled to 590 cc saline and she is thrilled with her new, fuller results!
