Patient 1 Neck Lift Before and After Photos

Patient is an older, professional male who complained of his “Turkey Neck”.  He desired correction but refused to undergo Full Face & Necklift surgery.  Thus, he was counseled and decided to undergo a Direct Male Necklift via “Z-plasty”  technique.
