Patient 18 Breast Augmentation Silicone Before and After Photos

Patient is a pleasant 61-year-old Caucasian female, mother of two children who complained of sagging breasts with loss of fullness after childbirth and breastfeeding. She wore about a B-cup bra and desired to become a very full “C”-cup size. She chose the Sientra, highly-cohesive (“Gummy Bear”), silicone gel implants and she did not desire mastopexy surgery at that time. She underwent breast augmentation in the subglandular plane with the new Sientra, Textured, Round Silicone Gel Implants (435 cc each side) and she is thrilled with her results!
