Patient 19 Breast Augmentation Silicone Before and After Photos

Patient is a 24 year-old Caucasian female from LA who complained of very small breasts. She was quite tall and thin, and wore about an A-cup bra and desired to become a full-B to small C-cup after surgery, but wanted to look very natural and proportionate. After complete, informed consent, she chose the Sientra, highly-cohesive silicone gel breast implants (smooth, round gels) to be placed via inframammary incisions in the dual-(partial submuscular) plane.
