Patient is a lovely 28 year-old Caucasian female, who complained of very small breasts. She wore about an A-cup bra and desired a fuller C-cup that was more proportionate to her wider chest and overall body habitus. She underwent Lap Band surgery back in January of 2015, and has lost a total of 109 pounds!
