Patient 26 Breast Augmentation Silicone Before and After Photos

Patient is a 34 year-old mother of 3 children who breastfed. She complained of small breasts with loss of fullness and had skin stria (stretch-marks) and Grade II Breast Ptosis (sagginess) on exam. She wore about an A-cup bra and desired a fuller D-cup size. She chose the Natrelle brand of cohesive silicone gels for a more natural look and feel and due to her ptosis, we placed them in the subglandular plane. She had Natrelle, Smooth, Round, 550 cc High-Profile Gels placed and is very happy with her full D-cup results!
