Patient 27 Breast Augmentation Silicone Before and After Photos

Patient is a lovely 44 year-old Hispanic mother of 2 who breastfed. She complained of very flat and “deflated” breasts, and wore about an A-cup and wanted a Full C-cup again. She chose the Natrelle brand of silicone gel implants for a more natural look and feel. She had a lot of concerns regarding postop pain, therefore we placed Natrelle, 350 cc High-Profile Silicone Gels in the Subglandular Plane and also used Exparel injections (for prolonged 72-hour numbing and improved pain control!); and she is very happy with her full yet very natural results!
