Patient is a lovely 60-year-old Caucasian female nurse who complained of very saggy breasts after gaining some weight. She used to be a B-cup when younger and became much larger than a 38-DD cup, and desired to be a smaller, uplifted full C-cup that is much “perkier”. She was a longtime smoker of about ½ pack of cigarettes per day for many years, however she successfully quit smoking a full month in preparation for surgery. She underwent Bilateral Anchor Mastopexies via central mound technique.
