Patient is a 24-year-old female with tuberous breast deformity and severe asymmetry who complained of uneven, saggy breasts. She had about an “A-cup” sized breast on the left, and a larger, “B-cup” sized breast on the right with Grade II Ptosis, and widened areolas and desired correction. She had Mentor, Smooth, Round, High Profile (HP) Saline Implants – (Right side filled to 300 cc saline and Left side filled to 350 cc saline) placed in the partial sub-muscular (“Dual-plane”) position, as well as circumareolar (“Donut”-type) mastopexies to correct her symmetry and ptosis.
