Patient 7 Body Contouring Post Massive Weight Loss Before and After Photos

Patient is a very pleasant 22-year-old Caucasian male who complained of “excess skin of his chest and abdomen” after losing about 87 pounds since 2010 via diet and exercise. His highest weight was about 307 pounds, and his nadir was 188 pounds, and he was then stable at about 207 pounds. He reported being bullied and teased in the past due to his weight. He was very dissatisfied with his physical appearance due to his sagging chest and abdomen with excessive skin and he desperately desired body-contouring surgery to obtain a “flat chest and abdomen”. He wanted to feel more confident in a bathing suit as well.
