Patient 8 Breast Augmentation Silicone Before and After Photos

Patient is a 25 year-old tall, thin mother of 2 children who complained of “deflation and sagginess” of her breasts after breastfeeding.  She desired to be a much larger and fuller ‘D’-cup breast-size.  Notice that her right breast was lower (slightly “saggier”) than her left.  Thus, she had 500 cc High Profile silicone implants placed in the “Dual-plane” (partial sub-muscular) position through an upper nipple incision to raise the areola and make them symmetric.
